Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all workshops and sessions offered by SignalFlow Market Workshop, including the Watchlist Screening Workshop, Chart Review Sessions, Market Scan Coaching, and Custom Watchlist Build sessions.

1. General principles

We aim to handle cancellations fairly. Because our sessions have limited capacity and require advance preparation of materials, refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel and whether the session has already started.

2. Deposits

A deposit of 500,000 VND is required to hold a seat in group workshops once dates are confirmed. Deposits are applied toward the full session fee. Deposit terms are communicated in your registration confirmation email.

3. Cancellation by participant

More than 14 days before the session

Full refund of any amount paid, including deposit. Refund processed within 10 business days.

7 to 14 days before the session

50% refund of the total session fee. The deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation falls within this window and a deposit was paid separately.

Less than 7 days before the session

No refund. You may transfer your seat to another person at no additional charge by notifying us at least 48 hours before the session start time.

4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule to a future session date at no charge if you notify us at least 7 days in advance. One free reschedule is permitted per registration. Additional rescheduling requests are subject to a 200,000 VND administrative fee.

Rescheduled seats are subject to availability. If no suitable date exists within 90 days, you may request a full refund under the "more than 14 days" cancellation terms.

5. No-shows

Failure to attend a confirmed session without prior notice is treated as a cancellation less than 7 days before the session. No refund is issued. Session recordings for coaching programs are not provided for missed sessions unless the absence was due to a documented emergency reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Cancellation by SignalFlow Market Workshop

If we cancel a session due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other circumstances on our end, you receive a full refund of all amounts paid or the option to transfer to the next available date at no charge. Refunds for our-initiated cancellations are processed within 5 business days.

7. Market Scan Coaching — multi-session program

For the four-week coaching program:

• Cancellation before Week 1 begins: full refund minus 300,000 VND preparation fee
• Cancellation after Week 1 but before Week 2: 50% refund of remaining program fee
• Cancellation after Week 2 begins: no refund; session recordings remain available for the weeks already delivered

8. Work already started

For Custom Watchlist Build and Chart Review Sessions where preparation work (reviewing your submitted charts) has begun, cancellations within 48 hours of the session start time are non-refundable regardless of the general cancellation windows above.

9. Non-refundable items

• Printed materials already shipped or prepared specifically for your session
• Administrative rescheduling fees
• Market Scan Coaching preparation fee after materials have been distributed

10. Refund method and processing time

Refunds are returned via the same payment method used for the original transaction (bank transfer). Processing takes 5 to 10 business days after approval. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

11. Partial attendance

Partial attendance at a full-day workshop does not qualify for a partial refund. If you leave mid-session due to an emergency, contact us within 48 hours to discuss options — we may offer credit toward a future session at our discretion.

12. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email info@signalflowhub.click with your name, session date, and reason for cancellation. Include your registration confirmation reference if available. Phone requests at +84763625405 are accepted during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00 ICT) but must be followed by email for our records.

13. Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or government travel restrictions may qualify for exceptions to the standard cancellation windows. Contact us with supporting documentation and we will review your case individually.
